Through our Tax & Legal business area, we offer our clients concrete and solution-oriented advice on all types of tax issues concerning companies and individuals. In the Transfer Pricing (TP) team, we work with the pricing of various types of cross-border transactions between companies that belong to the same multinational group. In practice, this pricing can have a huge impact on the financing, growth, and tax position of groups. We combine global expertise from tax lawyers and economists to assist multinational companies with their Transfer Pricing issues in the jurisdictions in which they operate.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a project-based international environment. We have employees who originally come from a dozen different countries, and we collaborate with other Deloitte offices around the world. You will also have the chance to work with clients in various industries, such as pharmaceuticals, banking, technology, and real estate, as well as with more traditional industrial conglomerates.

As part of our team, you will also get to:

• Perform financial analyses of companies, work on restructurings, and conduct valuations of businesses and/or assets.
• Work with transfer pricing of goods, services, financial transactions, and intellectual property rights, as well as various transfer pricing models.
• Engage in advisory and legal processes in cross-border situations involving both national and international tax law, and assist clients with, for example, pricing rulings and the elimination of economic double taxation.
• Communicate with and respond to clients to access qualitative and financial data.
• Stay updated on tax law developments at both national and international levels, as well as macroeconomic trends and their impact on our clients' businesses.
• Contribute to various marketing activities aimed at our clients.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing, an educational background in law or economics with a master's degree. Furthermore, we would like you to have:
• A strong analytical ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Since we work in teams, good collaboration skills and social competence are essential
• A keen eye for detail, resilience under stress, and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
